The Role

As a member of Gopuff's retail marketing team, the Sr. Digital Marketing Manager has a crucial role contributing to building, launching and promoting our brand and product categories through our native e-commerce platforms.
The Sr. Digital Merchandising Manager will lead Gobrand's digital content strategy focused on promoting our product categories and services in order to engage, acquire and retain customers. We are looking for an experienced, high-performing, creative and self-driven digital marketer, who can strategically plan and coordinate large-scale digital marketing campaigns aimed at driving long-term traffic, brand awareness and customer engagement. The successful candidate has experience managing teams, building and implementing digital strategies and is able to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, partnering with cross-functional and cross-border teams.
Gopuff takes pride in creative problem solving and in-person collaborating to make quick and informed decisions. This role will have a hybrid work schedule and travel , where you will be able to showcase your creativity and build strong relationships with teams in a cross functional manner from across the US with a preference on candidates currently located on the West Coast.
Responsibilities:

    • Create a dynamic, engaging and authentic digital experience that successfully delights our customer, communicates our's and our brand's stories, and highlights our amazing selection to our customers.
    • Building strategies that support key business and brand priorities while engaging customers.
    • Monitoring the creation of well-written, creative, on-brand, effective campaigns across all digital platforms that connect us with our target customers.
    • Building and implementing content testing roadmap, gathering analytics and reporting on digital content effectiveness and surfacing actionable insights to inform future campaigns.
    • Define digital merchandising KPIs and effectively drive results towards targets.
    • Lead detailed analyses of campaign effectiveness, including segmentation, creative targeting.
    • Monitor day-to-day channel operations.
    • Plan, organize and drive large-scale events across all digital platforms .
    • Develop strategic launch campaigns to support product launches across territories.
    • Serve as the subject matter expert for overall digital merchandising trends.


Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in marketing, merchandising, business, communication or relevant field of study.
    • 5+ years of experience working as a digital merchandising manager or marketing, ideally in a large scale e-commerce environment; some high-growth operations or startup experience is strongly preferred.
    • Experience driving digital marketing campaigns for retail product categories.
    • Experience working on Shopify based e-commerce sites is highly preferred .
    • Experience leading teams.
    • Passion for creative content creation, strong writing and communication skills.
    • Speed, resourcefulness, and go-getter attitude.
    • Analytical mindset, able to identify opportunities based on customer needs.
    • Comfortable addressing challenges with ambiguous or incomplete information and able to juggle with multiple priorities .
    • Able to project manage and drive large scale projects for bigger retail events.
    • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail.
    • Excellent writing and communication skills in English and German, any additional language is a plus.
    • A desire to build something awesome.


Compensation:

    • Gopuff pays employees based on market pricing and pay may vary depending on your location. The salary range below reflects what we'd reasonably expect to pay candidates. A candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future. For additional information on this role's compensation package, please reach out to the designated recruiter for this role.

    • Salary Range (varies based on a cost of labor index for geographic area within United States) : $82,800 - 138,900.
