About the Role:

The Senior Corporate Campaign Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our company’s strategic objectives by driving awareness of Motive’s brand and products and shape the market perception that we are a leader in the physical economy. You will do so by building corporate campaigns that drive strong buyer engagement with Motive’s most important brand, thought leadership, and product development messages.

What You'll Do:

  • Campaign Strategy and Planning: Plan the multi-channel promotional strategies that will drive engagement with our most important brand and thought leadership messages, communicated through content, webinars, brand ads, product releases, and more. 
  • Messaging: Lead the direction of messaging strategy that will ensure our corporate campaigns are eye-catching and entice buyers to engage more deeply with Motive. 
  • Channel Management:  Work with individual channel strategists to execute a multi-channel campaign. 
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, content, product marketing, channels, operations and analytics to ensure the successful execution and analysis of campaign performance. 
  • Budget Management: Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial efficiency.
  • Performance Tracking and Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, implementing data-driven optimizations to maximize results.
  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in campaign management.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of overall marketing experience with at least 3+ years of B2B experience
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns
  • Someone who loves building, and is comfortable with defining new strategies and plans
  • Someone with an operational mindset who will be able to take complex concepts and put them into practice, working cross-functionally across many stakeholders
  • A constant learner, with deep knowledge of the performance marketing landscape
  • Experience working with modern project management tools 
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$98,000$151,000 USD
