As the Senior Account Executive, You Will:

  • Develop & Execute Sales Strategies: Proactively engage and nurture high-value prospects across Former Customers, Cold Prospects, and Lost Opportunities, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities.

  • Manage Target Accounts Strategically: Collaborate with Closers to select and prioritize five high-value accounts per cycle, focusing on C-Level, VP, and Director-level contacts.

  • Lead Sales & Qualification Processes: Conduct discovery calls, assess ICP fit, and facilitate seamless handoffs to Closers for deal progression.

  • Align with Marketing for Content-Driven Outreach: Utilize case studies, webinars, and industry insights to enhance engagement and tailor messaging.

  • Track & Optimize Performance: Monitor sales activity metrics, refine outreach strategies, and maintain data accuracy in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams, including Marketing and Account Management, to align messaging and drive revenue.

  • Attend Industry Events & Conferences: Attend industry events to engage with prospective clients, build relationships, and generate new sales opportunities.

Professional Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in outbound sales, business development, or digital marketing sales.

  • Experience prospecting, qualifying, and engaging senior decision-makers.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEM, SEO, Paid Social, Display, Streaming, etc.).

  • Proficiency in CRM and sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).

  • Excellent time management and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.

  • Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and intent data.

The annual base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $65,000 - $75,000. Sales roles are also eligible for incentive pay targeted up to or over (100%). Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members, and alignment with market data. We will provide more information on our benefits and equity upon requests. Disclosure as required by the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, C.R.S. § 8-5-101 et seq.
