Position Overview

We're looking for an entrepreneurial, Senior AI Integration Engineer to join our small team. We value speed, experimentation, and innovation. You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, and the rest of the executive team to define and build experimental tools quickly. This position requires someone who has built real AI-enabled features in the past, and is more-than-adept at using AI themselves to iterate rapidly on projects.

The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, throwing away old experiments, and translating minimal executive requirements into meaningful features for users. The nature of our business is unpredictable and things will change quickly, so you'll need to be able to pivot raipdly to new challenges.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build prototype solutions to our customers' and internal problems

  • Collaborate with our CTO and product/engineering team

  • Architect and scale our systems as we grow to 1,000s of customers

  • Manage cloud infrastructure (we use Fly.io) for our services

  • Support all users of our software and tools

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience as a software engineer

  • Expert knowledge of LLMs and techniques to get the most out of them

  • Excellent writer and communicator

  • Product-thinking skills to enable independence and speed
