About the role

We are looking to hire an exceptional Senior Account Executive, who is self-driven and motivated to help grow our portfolio of services and solutions. You will work closely with - and learn from - the VP of Sales and other senior Account Executives to seek new target accounts and expand existing ones.  Since we are in hypergrowth, this role will be crucial in our trajectory moving forward. As an Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of customers, develop new business, and expand existing accounts to grow overall client revenue. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Identify and qualify new clients for our services; actively solicit and create new sales opportunities and meet set sales quotas.
  • Provide a high-quality client experience with attention to detail, deadlines, and prioritization.
  • Identify and develop customer relationships based on business buying behavior.
  • Identify the decision makers within targeted leads to begin the sales process.
  • Handle inbound, unsolicited prospects to qualify and convert them into sales.
  • Develop an outbound strategy to target key accounts to bring in and close.
  • Work cross-functionally with our matching, product, finance, SDR, and other teams for all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Own a full sales cycle for your clients.
  • Strategically expand your accounts to hit farming quotas.

Requirements

  • Highly driven, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Experience in strategy and execution of high-velocity staffing efforts; ideal candidates will have demonstrated success in selling staffing and HR solutions, or IT consulting to other tech companies.    
  • Ability to present customer satisfaction stats to clients to influence and align senior leadership and partners for common outcome.
  • Experience uncovering key pain points and addressing challenges with unique benefits and value propositions.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced and evolving environment with result-oriented priorities.
  • Proven success in a sales role that required the ability to identify and attract new clients.
  • Strong selling, customer relations, and negotiation skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all involved parties.
  • Ability to sell to technical decision makers, and willingness to learn about different tech stacks and client requirements on the job.
