  • Implement technical solutions by writing clean, maintainable, and testable code.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality, consistency, and share best practices.
  • Follow and contribute to mobile development best practices and patterns as the app evolves.
  • Help maintain documentation and share knowledge within the team.
  • Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, edge cases, and platform-specific issues.
  • Experiment with and leverage AI tools to improve development speed, code quality, and engineering workflows.
  • Stay up to date with React Native and mobile development trends to inform ongoing improvements.
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years of mobile development experience, including 1+ years with React Native.
  • Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and mobile development principles.
  • Experience building and maintaining production apps for both iOS and Android.
  • Familiarity with mobile app architecture, state management, release processes.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Advanced English skills for effective communication and collaboration in a global team.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Background in native iOS or Android development (Swift, Kotlin, Objective-C, Java).
  • Experience with mobile app migrations or rebuilds.
  • Familiarity with Expo and the Expo ecosystem (e.g., OTA updates, Expo Router).
  • Experience with Appium for end-to-end testing.
  • Understanding of global and async state management using Redux Toolkit and Redux Toolkit Query.
