The following position is to join our RTX Enterprise Services:

RTX has an opening for a SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Functional Analyst (Principle Specialist, Business Systems and Transformation) to be part of our Digital Technology GTS team.

  • Influence and play a pivotal role in supporting the current solution and redefining our GTS environment for the future
  • Utilize experience in Export Licensing, Jurisdiction/Classifications and Restricted Party screening; Trade Classifications

This role is critical to the success of our current SAP GTS environment and future looking GTS E4H and S/4 HANA transformation supporting the RTX vision across the enterprise. 

    What You Will Do:

    • Sustainment Support for current SAP GTS 11.0 and participate in future GTS E4H solution design, blueprint, build, test, and sustain.
    • Support GTS via the Scaled Agile Framework via a dedicated Agile Release Train
    • Participate in detailed design sessions with business owners for backlog grooming and requirements refinement.
    • Collaborate with an integrated team of GTS and ECC technical and functional team members supporting the configuration and development of system capabilities.
    • Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and scripts; working alongside business owners and testers to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution.
    • Support successful migration of changes in the solution by providing hyper care and sustainment support.  
    • Collaborate with business and digital team members and cross-functional teams to understand business requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions leveraging GTS, enhancing our GTS processes in alignment with desired RTX model and industry best practices. 
    • Provide technical guidance & direction for enhancements related to Compliance and Customs Management processes.
    • Create and implement management changes associated with business process redesign.
    • Maintain active communication with stakeholders to manage expectations regarding change to the system and introduction of new and enhanced functionality.
    • Manage multiple priorities and drive through successful completion.

    Qualifications You Must Have:

    • Minimum 8+ year’s exposure to global trade and customs and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), Finance or Business or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degree; Advanced degree and 5+ years related work experience
    • Exposure to experience with SAP GTS 11.0, and GTS Compliance and Customs Management functionality. 
    • Exposure to working with jurisdiction and classification applications; restricted parties
    • Experience working with Restricted Party Screening tools
    • Exposure to Intrastat reporting and related capabilities
    • Current U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

    Qualifications We Prefer:

    • Knowledge with OCR EASE specifically DOS/DOC/Jurisdiction/Restricted Party screening modules. 
    • Knowledge of the Scaled Agile Framework and planning work within and Agile Release Train
    • Experience/knowledge working in the Aerospace & Defense industry

    Remote: This position is currently designated as remote. However, the successful candidate will be required to work from one of the 50 U.S. states (excluding U.S. Territories). Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.

    Program Qualifications: To qualify for the Raytheon Technologies, Re-Empower Program, candidates should:

    The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

    Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

    This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
