ABOUT THIS ROLE
Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Salesforce Engineer to support our Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization for project implementations and ongoing support of our Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation. This role will provide challenging and continuous innovation opportunities with deep technical knowledge of the system. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Salesforce engineer who wants to apply their skill set, learn, and grow in a very customer centric but a global organization. The Salesforce Engineer will work with RevOps team to enhance the Salesforce platform by translating business requirements into technical solutions, suggesting improvements, resolving issues, and supporting with validation and quality control of our solutions. Although our solutions are primarily Salesforce based, the scope of work may expand to include other platforms supported by the RevOps team. These can include integrations, and automation between Salesforce and other platforms.
Duties/Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, unit test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform, including writing triggers, and lightning web components, integrating with external systems, configuring, and customizing third party applications.
  • Contribute and manage continuous development cycles to ensure the delivery of highly secure solutions that are optimized for performance and built to scale.
  • Collaborate with engineers in creating and maintaining scalable and performant customer solutions.
  • Make tactical and strategic design decisions based on data, process, and system dependencies.
  • Run experiments through POCs with guidance from leads and present the outcome concisely.
  • Should be a knowledge seeker and continue to provide guidance on emerging technologies especially in Salesforce domain.
  • Continuously work on improving developer productivity and implement ideas to benefit the customers.


Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) required; a concentration in computer science, information systems or technology is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
  • Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II) preferred.


Required Skills/Abilities

  • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. ​
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience with Salesforce integration and data migration.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
