Job Overview
The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and development of our Salesforce environment. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise and development skills to effectively support our business needs. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver with a passion for Salesforce and a strong understanding of both its administrative and development capabilities.
What You'll Focus On
- Salesforce Development (60%)
- Develop and maintain custom Salesforce solutions using Flows, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems (API, web services).
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce development.
- Salesforce Administration (20%)
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, and permissions.
- Configure and maintain Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process builder flows.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
- Maintain data integrity and perform regular data backups.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases and best practices.
- Requirements Gathering and Analysis (10%)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document technical designs and solutions.
- Testing and Deployment (10%)
- Conduct thorough testing of Salesforce configurations and developments.
- Deploy changes to production environments following established procedures.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Developer Certification(s) (required).
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
- Experience with data modeling and database concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with version control systems (Git).
Working Conditions
