The Job At-A-Glance:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager to support our Sales and Customer Success teams. The ideal candidate will oversee project timelines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure that key initiatives align with organizational goals. This role requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, define scope, set timelines, allocate resources and be accountable for timelines and completion.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and other departments to understand project requirements, gather feedback, and coordinate efforts for successful implementation.
- Communication and Reporting: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, potential risks, and mitigation strategies. Prepare and present reports that highlight achievements and areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes to identify lessons learned and recommend enhancements to processes, ensuring ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Success and Sales Process Optimization:
- Analyze and refine existing sales processes to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Implement best practices and tools to improve sales effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
- Ensure consistent Sales and Customer Success execution routines supporting a unified motion to prospecting deal progression, objection handling, closure of net new and renewal customer engagements.
- Performance Measurement and Reporting:
- Establish metrics and KPIs to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on program outcomes and strategic initiatives.
- Sales Tools Optimization
- Drive key efficiencies through an optimized set of sales tools ensuring best practices enablement programs are offered and executed.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure we are maximizing the value of all critical sales tools and systems. Ensure adoption routines are in place and being executed on.
Qualifications:
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Project Management (or related discipline) and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 3 years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
- Banking or financial services industry experience preferred.
- Proven track record of managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer success strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
