Customer satisfaction and commitment to superior quality of service are our top business priorities, along with investing in and supporting our partners and employees.<br/>We are a true International IT provider and are proud to deliver our services through global simplicity with trusted transparency.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Establish strong partnerships with program managers, Global Product Security management, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to gain a firm understanding of current programmatic documentation needs and opportunities.</li></ul><ul><li>Draft improvement proposals and build consensus among diverse sets of stakeholders with attention to scalability and sustainability over time; support a cohesive and methodical approach to change management activities.</li><li>Implement changes for greater impact and efficiency, leveraging tools and systems where applicable.</li><li>Work with team leaders and subject matter experts to design standardized documentation, processes, and Best Practices from initiation to completion.</li><li>Report out performance metrics to evaluate alignment progress and success leveraging internally built channels and tools.</li><li>Develop a deep understanding of Global Product Security’s team-wide processes, systems, and program documentation to support the implementation of standards, procedures, and best practices that ensures a cohesive, consistent, and uniformed service delivery.</li><li>Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the organization’s leadership, sourcing and proposing potential solutions</li><li>Research and evaluate industry standards and benchmarks to support team tools and systems; communicate updates on emerging technologies, solutions, and tools that may impact business operations, team personnel, or vendors.</li><li>Able to effectively prioritize workload demands to meet project deadlines. </li><li>Support planning and coordination of team-wide meetings, events, and initiatives. </li><li>Partner with key cross-organizational teammates to formalize, aggregate, and solidify team-wide initiatives and deliverables.</li><li>Primary point of contact for all security risk management related activities and initiatives.</li><li>Directs team members assigned to projects tasks and operational activities associated with security risk management.</li><li>Become a Subject Matter Expert around the strategic toolset that has been determined by corporate for workstreams.</li><li>Plans, directs, and coordinates activities of technology projects to ensure that all project goals are accomplished, meeting and / or exceeding commitment to the stakeholder.</li><li>Controls all elements of the project for the stakeholder and the execution team through effective and consistent communication.</li><li>Leads project/service meetings with team members and stakeholders to gain understanding of project scope.</li><li>Communicates project concerns and suggestions, both verbally and in writing, with Program Lead.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record in delivery and exceptional interpersonal skills are required for this role.</li><li>At least Bachelor graduate in Physical Security, or Security Risk Management or equivalent work experience with minimum 3 years of project management in security.</li><li>Proven successful project management and/or security risk management experience delivering secure environment.</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience in security risk management and/or security project management in security area (preferable in global - multicultural environment)</li><li>Minimum 3 years’ experience working in sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF).</li><li>Military background helpful (not required).</li></ul><br><br></div><br>
