Position Summary:
The Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by developing and managing relationships with key dealers, distributors, and end customers. This role focuses on expanding market presence, achieving sales targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will bring a passion for electric vehicles, a strong background in sales leadership, and a proven ability to execute strategies that generate results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.
    • Identify and target new market opportunities and channels for Volcon products.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
  2. Dealer and Distributor Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
    • Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
    • Collaborate with dealers to develop marketing and promotional initiatives.
  3. Customer Engagement:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
    • Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience with Volcon products.
  4. Team Leadership:
    • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
    • Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
  5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
    • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior leadership.
    • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the powersports, automotive, or EV industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analytics.
  • Passion for sustainable technology and outdoor recreation is a plus.
