Sales Executive, Digital

What does a successful Sales Executive, Digital do? At Fiserv, a successful Bank Sales Executive is a catalyst for driving market share in the Financial Institution sector. You will pioneer efforts to expand our presence in the industry by executing value-driven solution sales activities with both existing and prospective clients, particularly focusing on the digital and electronic payments arena. Your role involves leveraging business solutions, financial knowledge, and executing compelling presentations of Fiserv solutions to influence client decisions, all while sharing best practices with the sales community to foster collective success.

What you will do:

  • Drive revenue growth by prospecting and targeting leads within the assigned territory.
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to gain entry into high-potential clients.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of Fiserv solutions to potential clients.
  • Develop and manage executive-level relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate deal crafting and positioning to enable client decisions to close.
  • Share industry knowledge and best sales practices with the sales team.

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of experience in digital/payments sales and business development.
  • 10+ years of experience in the financial services or technology software industry.
  • Proven track record of generating multi-million-dollar deals within the digital/payments space.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or equivalent military experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to establish executive-level relationships.
  • Experience in a direct sales role with demonstrated revenue quota achievement.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience navigating and driving sales in a large corporate environment.
  • Prior experience in the banking or credit union space.
  • Experience with relationship management, strategic planning, and escalation management.
  • Strong organizational skills for managing multiple, simultaneous projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and CRM tools.

These pay ranges apply to employees in Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Nevada, Rhode Island and Washington. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
