What we’re hiring for:  

We are a growing fintech organization looking to add a Sales Director on our US team!  

What you’ll be responsible for in this role:  

  • Sourcing, managing and closing new business development opportunities that are consistent with the company’s strategy for strong revenue growth   
  • Sourcing, developing, and managing relationships with clients and their key personnel 
  •  Identifying and developing business opportunities with existing clients  
  • Assisting in developing strategies and materials in support of the Company’s overall sales and business development efforts 
  • Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively, escalating and resolving areas of concerns raised by clients 

What experiences and skills are necessary to be successful in this role:  

  • 7+ years of enterprise software sales experience with 5+ years of experience selling into Financial Institutions and fintech/card issuing space 
  • Proven experience in payments or issuer processing technology 
  • Strong written and verbal communication, listening and presentation skills 
  • Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport both internally and externally 
  • Knowledge of payments products and technology with ability to learn and grow  
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fluid and fast-paced business environments 
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within and across teams 
  • Ability to grow into leadership positions  
  • Fluency in English is a must; fluency in Spanish will be an advantage 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM tooling
