As an Outbound Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads through proactive outreach, researching target accounts, and collaborating closely with our Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone with a strong ability to generate leads, navigate enterprise organizations, and create new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to strategically identify and qualify prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Conduct thorough research on target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in our solutions.
  • Develop and execute a proactive lead generation plan to source new opportunities and nurture existing ones.
  • Engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to qualify leads and set up meetings for Account Executives.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product offerings and align them with potential customer needs.
  • Identify innovative outbound sales campaigns and collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to drive initiatives.
  • Update and manage prospect interactions in Salesforce and Outreach to ensure accurate lead tracking and efficient follow-ups.
  • Provide feedback to leadership for continuous process improvements.
  • Support corporate and regional marketing events through prospecting efforts and event staffing.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development within enterprise software.
  • A results-driven "hunter" mentality with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, objection handling, and prospecting techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High energy, tenacity, and a self-starter mindset.
  • Excellent time and territory management skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, or similar CRM and sales automation tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
