Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Qualify prospects through research and strategic engagement to determine fit and readiness for sales conversations.
  • Maintain a structured outreach cadence to drive engagement, track conversations, and move leads through the pipeline using manual documentation methods.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, with a strong track record of success.
  • Exceptional LinkedIn networking and prospecting skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships effectively.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on personalization and value-based selling.
  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Comfortable working independently without reliance on CRM automation tools.
