As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Western Region, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing sales expertise, deepening product knowledge, and directly contributing to our company’s success. Working closely with Account Executives, you’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new revenue opportunities within your assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market.
  • Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections.
  • Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points
  • Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads.
  • Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, ideally within cybersecurity
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and KPIs
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales tools like Yesware, Orum, ZoomInfo, and Apollo.
