About the Role:

We’re looking for motivated and energetic Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our revenue team! As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, playing a critical role in converting inbound leads into qualified opportunities. Your primary focus will be engaging with prospects, understanding their needs, and scheduling high-quality demos for our sales team. By positioning ArcSite as the go-to solution, you’ll play a key role in driving new business and company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with inbound leads via phone, email, and chat to assess their needs and level of interest.
  • Re-engage past inbound leads that may not have converted initially but could be a fit in the future.
  • Schedule high-quality demos for the sales team with qualified prospects to drive new business opportunities.
  • Clearly communicate ArcSite’s value proposition and how it solves key workflow challenges for potential customers. 
  • Identify and address common objections to keep prospects engaged and move them toward the next step.
  • Maintain and track activities in our CRM to ensure seamless handoffs to Account Executives and maximize conversion rates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to optimize lead conversion strategies and improve funnel efficiency.
  • Continuously develop your sales skills and industry knowledge with opportunities for career growth at ArcSite. 
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience as an SDR/BDR in a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (AEC), home services, or related industries a plus. 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills—confident, clear, and persuasive.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. 
  • Ability to learn quickly, handle objections, and adapt to evolving sales strategies.
  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and willingness to learn new sales technologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams.
  • A bachelor’s degree is a plus.
