Your role

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team with a primary focus on establishing and nurturing partnerships with fitness influencers. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to fitness influencers, building strong relationships, and persuading them to collaborate with us to launch their own fitness app. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the fitness industry, and a proven track record of sales success.

On a day-to-day basis, you will,

  1. Prospect and Outreach: Identify and research fitness influencers who align with our brand values and target audience. Utilize various channels such as email, social media, and networking events to initiate contact and introduce our partnership opportunities.

  2. Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and authentic relationships with fitness influencers through regular communication, personalized outreach, and thoughtful engagement. Understand their needs, preferences, and goals to tailor partnership proposals effectively.

  3. Partnership Pitching: Present our fitness app partnership opportunities to influencers in a compelling and persuasive manner. Clearly articulate the benefits, features, and potential outcomes of collaborating with our platform.

  4. Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with influencers regarding partnership terms, including revenue share agreements, and promotional activities. Work closely with the Account Management team to finalize contracts and ensure all parties are aligned on expectations.

  5. Facilitating Seamless Handoff to Account Management: Ensure a smooth transition of partnered influencers from the sales team to the account management team, facilitating clear communication and providing comprehensive briefings. Document partnership details and solicit feedback for continuous improvement, ensuring optimal support and alignment throughout the partnership lifecycle.

Ideally, you…

  • Minimum of 2 years in inside sales, business development, or partnership management

  • A strong understanding of influencer marketing trends, social media platforms, and digital content creation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas persuasively.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse personalities.

  • Are a strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Are self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficient in CRM software, preferably Hubspot, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Passionate about the the fitness industry and immersed in fitness social media

Compensation & benefits

We provide very competitive salaries and benefits. Your salary will consist of a base salary and a commission tied directly to the performance of your portfolio of partners.
