Job Description

PR Volt is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our fast-growing team. At PR Volt, we are transforming the public relations industry via cutting edge technology and automation. As the Sales Development Representative at PR Volt, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying potential clients through various prospecting techniques such as cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach.
  • Conducting high-level conversations with decision-makers to understand their PR needs and how PR Volt's services can help them achieve their goals.
  • Scheduling discovery calls and demos with prospective clients for the sales team.
  • Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns and improve lead generation efforts.
  • Maintaining an up-to-date and organized pipeline using our CRM system, tracking all communication and ensuring accurate reporting.
  • Participating in ongoing sales training and development programs to continuously hone your skills and stay current with industry trends.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A self-starter mentality and a passion for driving new business growth.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and sales enablement tools.
  • Knowledge of the PR, marketing, or advertising industry is a plus.
  • Experience with cold calling a plus.
  • {optional} 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in a B2B environment or within the PR/marketing industry.
