About the Role:
As a Sales Assistant, you’ll be the face of the brand, assisting customers, answering questions, and ensuring a seamless event experience. Your role is key in promoting brand awareness, assisting with sales, and creating a welcoming environment for customers at community events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a brand ambassador, engaging with customers at promotional events
- Assist customers in selecting merchandise that aligns with their interests and needs
- Provide product information, answer questions, and recommend solutions
- Process sales transactions and manage inventory at events
- Support event logistics and collaborate with the team to execute successful promotions
- Assist the management team with event-related administrative tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills – You enjoy engaging with people!
- Positive, outgoing personality – Thrives in a social, event-driven environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and adapt to event needs
- Ability to consistently travel to assigned job sites on time
- Local candidates preferred – This is an in-person role
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required – paid training provided!)
