ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Revenue Operations team is an essential, strategic function that aligns sales, services, operations, finance, BI, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize processes, drive efficiency, and maximize revenue. It involves leveraging data analytics, technology, and cross departmental collaboration to ensure a seamless flow of information and resources, enabling better decision-making and improved customer acquisition. The Revenue Operations professionals play a pivotal role in breaking down silos, fostering alignment across teams, and delivering measurable results. The Revenue Operations team is exposed to all areas of the business and thus will provide a comprehensive overview on how a business operates. This role lays a strong foundation in professional development. Successful individuals in this role will have aptitude, are articulate, driven, adaptable, organized, and collaborative.   


WAYS YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE  

You will work directly with the Revenue Operations leaders, as well as Sales Leadership, supporting the initiatives that optimize sales productivity and revenue. You will work cross-functionally assisting in the analysis of various programs, the creation of compensation models, and overall process implementation. You will contribute by: 

  • Extracting and synthesizing reporting and client data from multiple technology systems 
  • Overseeing the organization of the revenue model and client statistics 
  • Administering the organization of Sales hierarchies and onboarding  
  • Analyzing and reporting on sales productivity metrics (pipeline, revenue, activity, etc.) 
  • Supporting and maintaining team dashboards, reporting, and analyses 
  • Assisting with monthly, quarterly, and annual projection exercises 
  • Testing data-driven initiatives to improve company KPIs and processes 
  • Assisting and supporting the production of incentive compensation plans 
  • Acknowledging and embracing diversity of thought and opinion, and approach with Beeps, clients and vendors, regardless of background, culture, and organizational level. Specific examples include, but are not limited to:

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 0-2 years of professional experience 
  • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Operations, Economics, Business, Accounting, or Marketing 
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel  
  • A proven track record for delivering results and impacting an organization, project, or study 
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Word)  
  • Attention to detail 
  • Eagerness to learn

BONUS POINTS

  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, SQL, Microsoft Access, Macros, Power Query, Bloomberg Terminal, Python, R, and Tableau 
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or another CRM tool
