Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Revenue Enablement Specialist at Kofile Revenue Operation team responsible for quota management, pipeline management, forecasting, sales support, commissions management, and business analytics.

As part of the Revenue Operations team (RevOps), the Revenue Enablement Specialist is responsible for analyzing revenue data, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring accurate sales commission calculations. This role supports sales, and marketing teams by providing data-driven insights, improving operational efficiency, and managing revenue performance metrics with the aim to support the organization in achieving its financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze sales, marketing, and customer success data to identify trends and growth opportunities.

• Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Salesforce, Power BI, or Excel.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

• Sales Commissions & Compensation Management:

• Calculate and process sales commissions accurately based on performance metrics using the Salesforce SPIFF commissions system.

• Ensure commission structures align with company revenue goals and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to improve commission plans and resolve discrepancies.

• Automate commission tracking and reporting to enhance efficiency.

• Process Optimization & Automation:

• Identify inefficiencies in revenue operations and recommend process improvements.

• Work with sales, marketing, and finance teams to streamline workflows and data accuracy.

• Automate reporting, forecasting, and commission calculations where possible.

• Revenue Forecasting & Strategy Support:

• Assist in revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and scenario planning.

• Provide data-driven insights to support go-to-market (GTM) strategies and sales performance optimization.

• Support pricing strategies, sales quotas, and incentive structures.

Territory Management & Optimization:

• Analyze and optimize sales territory assignments to maximize coverage and revenue potential.

• Use data-driven approaches to balance workloads and improve sales team effectiveness.

• Collaborate with sales leadership to design equitable, high-performing sales territories.

• Provide ongoing recommendations for territory adjustments based on market trends and sales performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and legal teams.

• Provide insights that align all departments toward revenue and compliance goals.

• Support change management initiatives related to revenue operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analysis, or a related role.

• Background in sales commission calculations and revenue forecasting preferred.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (such as Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and commission tracking software (SPIFF, Xactly, CaptivateIQ).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive financial records.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Salary Range:

$65,000 – $100,000 per year (varies by location and experience).
