monday.com is seeking a passionate, results-driven and strategic Regional VP of People to help scale our People function across the Americas. In this role, you will oversee our Americas HRBP team and lead the people strategy of our North America and LATAM regions; nearly 600 employees, largely within Go To Market functions. You will be focusing on enhancing our company culture, driving talent development, and delivering an exceptional employee experience.

The Regional VP of People Americas will be a strategic leader with a deep, hands-on understanding of HR practices. You will partner with senior leadership across the Americas to align people initiatives with business objectives, enabling organizational growth, employee engagement, and performance excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can navigate complex challenges, and drives people-related initiatives that foster a high-performance, diverse and supportive culture.

Please note this is a hybrid role in our NYC office 3 days per week.



About The Role

HRBP Function: Lead, scale and inspire the HRBP team across the Americas (NY, Denver and Brazil). Develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy aligned with monday.com's overall business objectives, ensuring we continue to attract, develop and retain top talent in all markets.

Leadership & Strategy: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, including C-Level executives in sales, marketing and G&A. Drive the execution of people initiatives that enhance business outcomes. Serve as the liaison between HQ and the Americas, advocating for local teams while aligning with global people strategies.

Employee Lifecycle: Implement and optimize scalable People processes, tools, and systems, in collaboration with People Ops, to support the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Ensure the smooth execution of day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement.

Talent Management: Drive the end-to-end talent management lifecycle for the region, including workforce planning, succession planning and performance management, to ensure the right talent is in place to meet business objectives. 

Culture & Engagement: Champion monday.com’s values and lead initiatives to foster an inclusive, collaborative, and innovative workplace culture. Drive engagement, conduct pulse checks on culture, and enhance initiatives that promote a positive work environment across the region.

Global Collaboration: Act as a bridge between regional People teams and cross-functional global partners such as People Experience, Talent Acquisition and Compensation & Benefits to ensure consistent messaging, policy alignment, and best practice sharing.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of HR Business Partnership experience with at least 5 years in a VP/Director level leadership position
  • Significant experience in tech companies at scale of 500 employees at least, ideally within a SaaS environment
  • Proven expertise in scaling people functions for high-growth organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to set and execute people strategies that align with business goals
  • Proven experience in supporting Go-To-Market functions, including sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of key business metrics
  • Extensive background in advising and partnering with C-level executives on strategic HR initiatives, aligning people strategies with business goals
  • In-depth knowledge of Compensation & Benefits strategies, alongside expertise in developing and executing Talent Acquisition plans to attract top talent
  • Strong decision-making and strategic problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
  • Ability to leverage data and analytics to drive continuous improvement, measure the impact of people strategies, and ensure alignment with business outcomes
  • High motivation, initiative, professionalism, business acumen and a growth mindset

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $240,000-$300,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
