We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our team and cover the West Coast.
The position's responsibilities include:
- Identify, qualify, close, and manage customer opportunities
- Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives set by management
- Report and meet on regional sales results and targets
- Forecast quarterly and annual sales targets
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, or similar senior sales role in the territory, preferably in the Bay area or Pacific Northwest.
- Excellent familiarity with the cyber security domain
- Experience in selling to CISOs, DevOps
- Experience in selling B2B software to mid-large size enterprises
- Experience in selling SaaS products
- Experience selling through the channel with both commercial and boutique resellers
- Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
- Avid user of CRM tools (HubSpot)
- Working in small teams and startup mentality
- “Get the job done” attitude
- Self motivated, individual contributor type, able to cover work needed, from leads findings to closing a deal
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
OTE range: $250K-$300K
