The Regional Marketing Manager USCAN is responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration to drive marketing initiatives within the region.

This position reports to the Director of Marketing, Lab Filtration and is part of the Discovery and Medical Business Unit located in Marlborough, MA. This roll will be fully remote.

What you will do:

  • Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan which integrates content for regional requirements with global marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing programs and channel marketing programs through key distributors as well as supporting the sales team. Continuously track and measure program success.
  • Plan, organize, and manage conferences and events, ensuring seamless execution from concept to completion. Track and analyze return on investment (ROI) to measure the effectiveness and impact of each event, using data-driven insights to optimize future initiatives.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, relevant Life Sciences, or Engineering
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive product/business management in Life Sciences.
  • Experience in progressive product business management preferably in Life Sciences, marketing or sales customer facing role in the Life Sciences Industry, including planning, develop and executing customer events or marketing tactics, with the ability to communicate effectively, present, analyze and use data to drive improvement and problem solve.
  • Experience managing marketing projects such as content development, campaigns or events with knowledge of the marketing funnel through to sale process.
  • Strong business acumen, financial, organizational and relationship building skills.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Demonstrated ability to work with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat
  • Ability to use Google Analytics for campaign reporting

Travel Requirements:

  • Ability to travel- 40% within USCAN region
  • Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25lbs, any other physical requirements

The salary range OR the hourly range for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
