Signifyd is looking to bring on a Recruiting Coordinator to help support our recruiting team! You will be critical in ensuring amazing experiences for both our candidates and employees, and you will have the opportunity to help mold the position as you grow in experience.

Prior recruiting coordinator support is preferred, but an obsession with detail and organization, and a constant willingness/ability to learn and adapt is most important. We are open to considering new grads for this role.

*This will be a 3-6 month contract position with the possibility of an extension.*

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with the recruiting team to facilitate candidates through the interview process, acting as the liaison between candidates and interviewers.
  • Work independently successfully scheduling complex interviews. 
  • Interface with the recruiting and leadership teams to resolve any conflicts between interviews and other commitments.
  • Focus on continual improvement to the recruiting process (suggestions on alternative interviewers, altered lineups, etc.).
  • Own sending out candidate feedback surveys to all candidates in the interviewing process.
  • Help source on LinkedIn for hard-to-fill roles by prospecting profiles and calibrating with hiring managers and recruiters

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator is a plus
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are very important; must be able to juggle many tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude, and create an amazing candidate experience all at once
  • Ability to troubleshoot last minute changes and stay calm under pressure
  • Ability to maintain and protect confidentiality with highly sensitive information
  • Experience with Google Suite, and ATS systems is a plus

Hourly pay rate: $22 per hour.
