We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven Cloud Partner Marketing Insights & Operations Manager to oversee, track, and report on joint marketing campaigns with our global Cloud Service Providers (CSPs), including AWS, GCP, and MSFT. This role is pivotal in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing campaign performance, building processes to optimize campaign tracking and ensuring alignment with revenue and growth objectives.

This role can be based remotely in the United States.

Campaign Performance Analysis & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain reporting to track campaign effectiveness, partner engagement, and ROI
  • Analyze campaign trends and insights to provide data-driven recommendations that influence campaign strategy and execution
  • Regularly present campaign performance data to Global Partner Marketing stakeholders

Sales Operations & Campaign Tracking:

  • Identify opportunities to build and automate reporting and data management processes
  • Track and manage all joint marketing campaigns with global CSP partners, ensuring data accuracy and consistency
  • Provide visibility into how global campaigns impact revenue and lead conversions
  • Collaborate with Global and Regional Partner Marketers to ensure seamless tracking of campaign-influenced deals
  • Continuously refine campaign tracking methodologies and develop scalable reporting frameworks

Marketing Development Funds (MDF) & Compliance:

  • Work closely with Global Cloud Partner and Regional Marketers to manage MDF budgets, tracking fund utilization and performance impact
  • Ensure all campaign funding requests align with business objectives and adhere to partner funding rules
  • Submit accurate funding claims and invoices, ensuring compliance with CSP partner processes

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance reporting and data visualization
  • Experience with marketing analytics, sales operations, or business intelligence tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Excel, Google Sheets, or similar)
  • Familiarity with MDF processes, funding claims, and partner credit rules is advantageous but not required
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

MongoDB’s base salary range for this role is posted below. Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB’s total compensation and benefits package. Other benefits for eligible employees may include: equity, participation in the employee stock purchase program, flexible paid time off, 20 weeks fully-paid gender-neutral parental leave, fertility and adoption assistance, 401(k) plan, mental health counseling, access to transgender-inclusive health insurance coverage, and health benefits offerings. Please note, the base salary range listed below and the benefits in this paragraph are only applicable to U.S.-based candidates.

$70,000$138,000 USD
