This remote role is dedicated to project management and the fostering of sustainable and fruitful client relationships. This Project Manager is a Client Pod position which allows for the perfect combination of skills and expertise necessary to provide an incomparable client experience, backed by an exceptional internal support network. The Project Manager is the ultimate owner of their projects and will work with other team members to achieve success. This is a remote position within the US.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently manage multiple qualitative market research projects simultaneously (8-10 projects at a time), ensuring smooth execution of project within timelines. Includes managing multiple phases of research, managing recruit, monitoring fielding, and preparing technology.
- Develop, implement, and execute project plans to ensure client objectives are met, while contributing meaningful recommendations and managing expectations.
- Coordinate the delivery of all project deliverables which could include participation in a Kickoff call, recruiting updates, schedule sheets, signed RPA’s etc. and delegating responsibilities appropriately among team members (including project setup, recruitment, and technology logistics).
- Collaborates with internal teams to achieve a successful recruit, continuously monitoring project elements to identify potential roadblocks and manage to resolution. Includes keeping all informed of the project’s progress and exhibiting effective, timely and detailed communication skills.
- Is flexible and adaptable with changes to existing key elements of projects as required by internal teams or the client directly.
- Responds quickly to unanticipated or urgent issues and manages to resolution, escalating as appropriate.
- Remains in alignment with various company goals such as maintaining high client satisfaction scores, quick project close out etc.
- Works within Sago and Client systems effectively throughout life cycle of project (SAMS, Complex Survey, PMTool, Messaging systems, Qualtrics, Salesforce, etc.)
- Works in accordance with company SOPs.
- Consistently provides service excellence and ultimately builds and maintains successful client relationships through providing top-notch service and expertise to clients.
- Experience conducting market research, preferably digital.
- Open-minded and solution oriented, with strong critical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to maintain composure in high pressure and stressful situations.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and juggle multiple deadlines at once while working collaboratively with teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- Must be adaptable; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of Qual Products and services; provides assistance and consultation to clients as needed to ensure optimal use of our resources for each project.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelors’ degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a market research environment, managing projects and client expectations.
- Qualitative management experience a plus.
- End client / brand management experience a plus.
Computer Skills:
- Operating Systems: Windows, macOS
- Microsoft Office, including proficiency in Excel.
