The Project Manager - EP Business Associate Program Coordinator will join the EP Commercial Development Team, responsible for driving field clinical and sales team culture through associate recruiting and managing our associate hiring program. We are seeking an individual who is actively engaged with our field teams to gain an understanding of the business at an area and regional level. You'll be highly engaged in our university partners to host and represent Abbott EP business to find top talent. This job requires utilizing current tools and finding additional tools for use in employee behavioral assessments, team fit, and accelerating connectedness. Creating the dynamic team interpersonal awareness and a positive working environment will be necessary to understand how best to offer results to our hiring leaders.

What You'll Work On

  • Actively recruit associate clinicals for incremental headcount needs
  • Represent Abbott EP in various recruiting events including University settings to hire the brightest talent in EP
  • Serve as an 'expert' on the use of the Predictive Index Tool as a behavioral assessment and team optimization tool to facilitate training and workshops with local field teams
  • Oversee the commercial on/offboarding processes
  • Champion clinical engagement and develop processes to increase clinical engagement and retain talent
  • Work with new hires and hiring managers to coordinate all training associated with onboarding into Abbott
  • Assist new sales personnel in getting connected to Abbott training as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Support program development related to Clinical incentives & employee engagement
  • Build and maintain a positive team culture through daily work
  • Gain knowledge on industry recruiting landscape
  • Dynamically and effectively communicate in virtual and in-person scenarios

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong verbal and written communications with the ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels in the organization.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in timely manner.
  • Experience working with complex product portfolios in the medical device industry preferred and/or previous experience with strategic product planning and commercial execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Medical industry/electrophysiology experience
  • Mentoring individuals on a team to successfully achieve goals
  • Coordinating and/or facilitating professional training and development initiatives
  • Working closely with a marketing organization on commercializing products

The base pay for this position is

$72,700.00 - $145,300.00

In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
