About the Role

As a Content Program Manager, you'll be at the heart of innovation, shaping the way content is both created and consumed within our dynamic organization. You’ll have a hand in pioneering content formats that cater to diverse audiences, including our members, member support agents, and automated systems. More than just a program manager, you'll be a specialist driving improvements in how we manage content, crafting strategies that will set the pace for the next few years. Collaborating closely with experts across multiple teams, you’ll have the chance to develop and refine automation in Content & Learning, setting new industry standards for efficiency and quality.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $103,680 and up to $144,000. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.

In this role, you can expect to

  • Partner with internal and external industry experts to research and execute scalable content structures, paving the way for achieving long-term automation objectives.
  • Collaborate with various teams within the company to develop and execute a long-term roadmap for AI initiatives that automate content management tasks and align with company goals.
  • Investigate both in-house and third-party AI solutions to enhance learning and content platforms, ensuring recommendations align with our three-year automation strategy.
  • Stay informed on AI and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing automation in content management.
  • Provide support for other significant content and learning initiatives as required.

To thrive in this role, you have

  • 5+ years experience in product, project, or program management, or business operations.
  • Experience managing learning and/or content libraries is strongly preferred.
  • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve quality and process efficiency.
  • Demonstrated skills in driving process improvements and securing stakeholder alignment across all levels using structured change management approaches such as the ADKAR model.
  • Strong analytical acumen with hands-on expertise in data visualization and analysis using tools like Looker and Tableau.
  • Knowledge of AI governance, prompt engineering, and natural language processing (NLP) evaluation is a valuable asset.
