Program Manager - Sales Operations

So, let’s cut to the chase: we’re looking for a Program Manager to join the team run by our VP, Sales Operations. Our mission is to do the right things, in the right way to “Get Stuff Done (#GSD)” and accelerate successful outcomes for both our internal and external customers.

How this role fits:

This role is paramount to the company’s growth and is an accelerant to scale and drive the company’s overall sales and customer success mission. In this role, you will partner with the VP, Sales Operations to execute high quality, on time and value driven projects across the Go To Market teams.

As a Program Manager, you will lead and drive global sales operations programs, ensuring seamless execution as the company scales and evolves. You will work closely with GTM leaders and other cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage strategic initiatives, staying on top of key metrics, timelines, and stakeholder interactions.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced, highly credible individual with 7+ years’ successful experience working with global sales leaders driving strategic field programs as well as influencing and supporting strategic planning in a Field Sales Organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program Leadership: Develop and execute program strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks that align with business objectives.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong, trusting partnerships with Field Success teams and other stakeholders to ensure program success.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the VP, Sales Operations, consolidating metrics for executive-level reporting and driving transparency.

  • Execution & Delivery: Coordinate the end-to-end management of complex programs, ensuring timely and successful execution while tracking milestones and key performance indicators.

  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify challenges early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth program delivery.

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive process optimization, incorporating industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance program effectiveness.

  • Strategic Influence: Be a sought-out expert for your organization, consistency, objectivity, and results-driven approach, shaping programs for success.

Requirements: 

  • 7+ years of a strong, proven track record in sales program management

  • Background in GTM Operations with experience in managing or working with the variance operations functions within GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Channel)

  • Exceptional organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and plan effectively with exceptional attention to detail; while driving projects to completion according to deadlines

  • Demonstrated ability to report on, analyze, and interpret data for meaningful business metrics.

  • High energy, enthusiasm, and passion for the business 

  • Proven ability to effectively coordinate and work across functional teams – internally and externally, in-person and virtually 

  • Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment and stay flexible through growth and change 

  • Experience with technologies like Smartsheet, salesforce.com, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and the Google Suite is a major asset
