We are looking for a Program Manager- Field Insights.   You will report on customer engagement, sales strategies, and operational insights to optimize business operations. Working with Demand Planning Team to provide field insights and CSAM triage management for our premium customers.  In this role you will work with multiple teams to create and develop reports and analytics.  In this role you will Interface with the Sales Team, noting incoming demand, helping to manage customer escalations as it relates to capacity.  

Requirements

  • 8-10 Years of experience with Data Analysis, CRM Data, Sales Pipeline, Motion Cycle and Azure. prior or relevant work experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • CSAM triage management experience.
  • Cross Collaborative, Technical and Business needs translating both ways to be accommodated from a capacity perspective.   
  • Presenting a capacity summary on the region and the "hot" issues within certain regions in the field. 

Responsibilities:

  • Interface with clients on technical and business issues from project initiation through delivery.
  • Drive program/project schedules and status report.
  • Create and/or review multiple functional specifications that will be used as tools in making decisions as to how the product or service will be implemented.
  • Provide Product Managers & Product Unit Managers with technical and/or analytical information.
  • Organize cross functional activities ensuring the program/project is completed on schedule and within budget constraints.


Salary Range 

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $130,000 - $138,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
