The Product Marketing Manager at DISCO plays a crucial role in driving the success of our sales and product teams. They are responsible for developing and executing initiatives that effectively promote our products in the market. They ensure that our product messaging and positioning resonate with target customers and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What You'll Do
  • Competitive Analysis: Conducts competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities,
    and to position our products effectively against competitors.
  • Customer Insights: Conducts market research and gathers customer insights to understand customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and uses these insights to shape product marketing strategies.
  • Sales Enablement: Works closely with the sales team to create sales collateral, product training materials, and other resources that empower the sales team to effectively promote and sell our products.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborates with the product team to develop go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring successful product introductions.
  • Product Messaging and Positioning: Develops and refines clear and impactful product messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value propositions of our products.
Who You Are
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, with a demonstrated success with measurable outcomes in previous product marketing roles.
  • Experience in technology or software product marketing, particularly in the B2B or SaaS space.

  • Solid understanding of product marketing principles, best practices, and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate product value propositions to different audiences.
