 As a Product Marketing Manager at COMPLY, you will drive AI-powered competitive intelligence, go-to-market enablement, and strategic positioning to help differentiate our solutions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. This role blends traditional product marketing expertise with cutting-edge AI tools, enabling faster insights, scalable content creation, and data-driven decision-making.


You'll work cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Sales, CX, and RevOps to enhance competitive positioning, optimize go-to-market (G2M) strategies, and ensure compliance professionals understand the full value of COMPLY’s solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • AI-Powered Competitive Intelligence Gathering:
  • Conduct in-depth research on competitors, including feature sets, pricing, positioning, and G2M strategies.
  • Build and maintain a competitive intelligence framework to deliver ongoing insights across stakeholders. 
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to track competitor movements, changes on competitor websites, market shifts, emerging trends, sentiment analysis, customer views, analyst reviews, and more. 
  • Use AI-driven analytics to track customer sentiment, buying signals, and compliance concerns for prospecting and client expansion.

  • AI Prompt Engineering & AI Tool Integration:
  • Use prompt engineering expertise to optimize AI-generated content for different use cases for go-to-market enablement.
  • Train and refine AI models to enhance automation in research, content development, and data analysis across competitors, industry trends, regulatory updates, and more.
  • Identify and integrate emerging AI tools that improve efficiency and impact across the G2M function. 

  • Go-to-Market Enablement:
  • Develop GTM playbooks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, and competitive positioning materials.
  • Create visually compelling battlecards, PPT slides, and sales enablement materials using AI design tools, Canva, and/or Adobe.  
  • Create AI workflows to personalize battlecards and enablement materials based on firm type, firm size, regulatory agencies, and past engagement history.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and revenue teams to refine messaging, ensuring alignment with buyer pain points and market dynamics.

  • Product Launch Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute cross-functional launch plans for new products, features, and updates, ensuring alignment across Sales, CX, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Revenue Operations.
  • Define launch objectives, key milestones, and deliverables, coordinating efforts across all stakeholders.
  • Own internal launch readiness, including training Sales and CX teams, creating messaging guides, and developing go-to-market materials.
  • Partner with Growth and Brand teams to create compelling campaigns, driving awareness, adoption, and pipeline growth.
  • Establish post-launch measurement frameworks to analyze performance, adoption, and revenue impact, optimizing future launches based on insights.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content creation, or related fields within B2B SaaS.
  • Experience with AI-driven marketing and research tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Crayon, Copilot, Canva AI, and others. 
  • Deep understanding of prompt engineering to refine AI outputs for competitive research, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex product roadmaps.
  • Ability to develop customer-facing materials, including pitch decks and solution sheets, using design tools and templates (e.g., PowerPoint, Canva; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage market intelligence, competitive insights, and AI-driven data to inform strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives for different audiences.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
