We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA; Austin, TX; or St. Petersburg, FL office.

Imprivata is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our go to market (GTM) strategy for Imprivata Access Compliance, healthcare's leading solution for patient privacy monitoring and drug diversion intelligence. Using AI-powered risk analytics and intelligence information to alert on suspicious access or drug diversion solutions, Access Compliance protects patient data and improves patient safety. The Imprivata Access Intelligence platform encompasses the Access Compliance application but is also the foundation for continued innovation for new data products to drive security, efficiency and compliance outcomes . This role will support the overall GTM strategy of this platform and manage future applications and product launches.
The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and executing GTM strategy for the Imprivata Access Compliance portfolio, including creating customer-centric messaging, developing a wide range of content to support various stages of the buyer journey, and delivering training and enablement materials to support sales, marketing, and other GTM initiatives. Your focus will be on showcasing how Access Compliance and Access Intelligence uniquely addresses security, compliance, and patient safety challenges, all within the context of healthcare's leading access management platform.

  • Develop and own messaging, positioning, and sales/partner/marketing enablement materials for Access Compliance (in collaboration with internal and external subject matter experts)
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand how competitors address customer challenges and refine differentiated messaging and content accordingly.
  • Own the execution of product launches within the Access Compliance portfolio, including developing training, content, and communications to create awareness and drive pipeline amongst customers and prospects
  • Create and execute content plans to drive awareness and generate demand for Imprivata's products and services within the Access Compliance portfolio. This includes developing sales presentations, eBooks, videos, interactive demos, "how to" guides, customer success stories, checklists, info briefs, blogs, press releases, infographics, and more.
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts and international GTM teams to adapt messaging and content for prioritized industry verticals and global markets
  • Develop compelling training materials-including live trainings, objection handling resources, cheat sheets, and certification courses-to enable sales, partners, and marketing teams to effectively communicate the value of Imprivata Access Compliance in solving customer challenges.
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" by conducting customer interviews and incorporating customer insights and feedback into messaging and collateral.
  • Identify and develop responses to competitor news, regulatory changes, or other market activities relevant to customer access management challenges.
  • Serve as the go-to resource for sales, marketing, and other customer-facing teams, providing expertise on how Imprivata address customer challenges.
  • Develop, monitor, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) - aligned to broader strategic marketing objectives - to measure product marketing efficacy
  • Perform other duties as assigned and required.



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, computer science, or engineering required
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related function for technology driven solutions
  • Experience marketing to CISO's and security teams is desired
  • Experience marketing data analytics and/or AI-powered solutions is desired
  • Strong team player possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions from verbal and written information
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Highspot (or similar content management system), and MSFT Teams (or similar collaboration tools) strongly desired
  • Ability to manage numerous simultaneous projects in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Must possess proven matrixed collaboration and time management skills
  • Up to 25% travel required


This position offers a total compensation range of $111,000.00 to $140,000.00 (inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
