You will become the go-to expert for a unique product area and have the opportunity to shape and grow the culture of our product team.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full product development cycle, from discovery and feature requirements to on-time launches, user feedback, and continuous product refinement
  • Define and track key metrics to identify opportunities, gain customer journey insights, and drive data-informed product prioritization and roadmaps
  • Advocate for BioDigital’s customers and end users, synthesizing both quantitative and qualitative data to ensure product decisions align with and address their core needs
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies and competitors to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success to solve problems and find solutions that balance technology with customer needs
  • Engage internal and external stakeholders to inform and validate design decisions
  • Set KPIs to measure product success. Analyze data and synthesize learnings to support continuous improvement
  • Communicate decisions across BioDigital with data-supported cases
  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers and engineers to build and roll out high-quality, production-ready features and products
  • Clearly and effectively communicate project status to all stakeholders
  • Identify risks in the product development process and develop mitigation strategies

What you’ll bring to the role

  • You have 2-5 years of experience in product management of agile software development with experience working directly with engineers in startups
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment and you’re constantly moving toward clarity and execution, demonstrating ownership responsibility for your products and team process
  • A passion for leveraging new technologies, including AI, to improve product offerings and drive innovation
  • Excellent internal and external stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance competing priorities, effectively communicate project status, and have critical prioritization conversations
  • Extremely detail oriented with a commitment to pixel-perfect design, well-designed workflows and production ready products
  • Track record of data driven decision making. You demonstrate deep analytical savvy and can query and synthesize your own product data as needed
  • You have an empathetic approach to understanding the needs of our clients and their end users and our internal teams to best align everyone’s goals
  • You possess the knowledge that would be gained from a Bachelor’s Degree in a technical, scientific, or quantitative field, either from earning the degree or from equivalent work and educational experiences
  • An interest in medicine or passion to work on meaningful projects that impact people’s health is preferred

The hiring range for this position is $102,000 - $152,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
