  • Prioritizing features and improvements based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Partnering with UX/UI teams to ensure consistent design language and interaction patterns across all web touchpoints.
  • Leading the implementation of web accessibility standards to ensure inclusivity for all users.
  • Regularly reporting on web performance metrics and insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions.

What You'll Add to DigitalOcean:

  • 2 to 6 years of product management experience focused on web products or platforms.
  • Strong understanding of modern web technologies, UX design principles, and web performance optimization.
  • Experience with information architecture, content strategy, and creating intuitive navigation systems.
  • Demonstrated success in improving conversion rates, engagement metrics, and overall user satisfaction for web products.
  • Data-driven approach to decision making with experience in web analytics tools and A/B testing methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience in agile methodologies.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire teams across the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance immediate user needs with long-term product vision.
  • Technical acumen to effectively communicate with engineering teams and understand web development challenges.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for improving user experience and satisfaction.
