  • Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to gather data to support and prioritize effective, innovative product enhancements

  • Acceptance test engineering solutions to ensure they meet requirements, solve intended business problems, and fit within the product vision

  • Advocate for the user and the importance for educating them on insurance while maintaining a focus on monetization

  • Advocate for a user-centered approach that balances education, usability, and monetization, while staying informed on trends shaping the insurance industry.

What We're Looking For:

As we evaluate candidates across all roles, we look for folks who have a strong sense of ownership, great communication and collaboration skills, and a dedication to continuous improvement.

  • 3+ years experience in a consumer-facing product management or equivalent role

  • Experience working closely with engineers and designers in agile or scrum environments.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate complex ideas for different audiences.

  • Customer-first mindset with a passion for creating intuitive, impactful products.

  • Proficiency in product tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, and data tools like Looker, Amplitude, or similar.

Experience that will Impress the Heck Out of Us:

  • Technical experience with software development/publishing code

  • Experience in both qualitative and quantitative analysis, A/B testing, wireframing, and prototyping
