At Eppo, we are building the future of experimentation, so that every company can have an entrepreneurial, customer oriented culture. We believe that AB experiments uniquely put customers at the center of product decisions instead of political processes.

Our next-gen platform allows companies to 10x their volume of AB experiments by embracing the full technical rigor of engineering and statistics while focusing intensely on the evangelism of results and accessibility to business users. We are built for the modern cloud infrastructure, with easy integrations and an emphasis on privacy and security.

Our team is made up of veteran product builders from Airbnb, Slack, and Snowflake, and our product is powering experimentation at some of top companies around the world. We’ve raised over $47M funding backed by top-tier venture firms like Innovation Endeavors, Icon Ventures, Menlo VC, and Amplify Partners. See our Series B announcement here.

About the Role

Eppo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our engineering-persona focused products in Feature Flagging and AI experimentation. Feature Flagging is an established product and you’ll own the vision for this area. AI experimentation will be a new initiative in 2025 and you will own the discovery process for this area. Through user interviews and market research, your goal is to create a compelling strategy and positioning for both products. You will prioritize the product roadmap and work with design and engineering to build the product. You’ll be responsible for working with prospects, customers, and cross-functional internal resources to drive adoption and revenue of these products.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the engineer and AI engineer personas by talking with teams (prospects, customers, network) to understand their pain points with feature flags and experimentation.

  • Conduct market and customer research to define and de-risk a strategy that meets adoption and revenue goals

  • Work with the engineering and design team to prioritize and ship a roadmap that delivers value based on the opportunity identified

  • Lead and orchestrate successful product launches by coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and impactful releases that drive customer and prospect engagement

  • Define key adoption metrics and track the success of new features, providing regular reports and insights to guide decision-making

  • Collaborate with our GTM team to improve positioning, marketing, sales enablement, and documentation to increase our win rate of deals with flags included

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience as a product manager with at least a year of B2B product management experience focused on the engineering persona

  • 3+ years experience as a software engineer at tech companies, preferably a growth stage startup

  • Very comfortable with discovery. You know how to conduct research conversations to uncover insights.

  • Keen product instinct. You have strong opinions about what we should build and why, balancing data and anecdotes to influence product decisions.

  • Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to speak to both technical and non-technical personas.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced technology company. You can adjust on the fly and keep pace with the speed of a growing team.

  • Natural connector and communicator who is able to work with different teams from engineering to marketing, from sales to design.

Compensation

At Eppo, we are dedicated to building an equitable and inclusive workspace, while encouraging entrepreneurship and growth. The typical salary for this role ranges from $190,000-$230,000 depending on experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive Salary & Equity: We aim high, targeting the 75th percentile for all roles.

  • Growth & Autonomy: Small team, big impact—grow alongside us!

  • Medical, Dental & Vision: 100% coverage for US based employees, 75% premium coverage for dependents.

  • 401(k): Available through Human Interest (no match right now).

  • Learning & Development: $500 yearly for L&D resources.

  • Flexible PTO: We’re big fans of working hard and recharging when needed!

  • Remote-First: A fully distributed workforce within the US and Europe.

  • Company Offsite: Our annual offsite for collaboration and team fun!

  • Paid Parental Leave: 16 weeks for birth-parents, 12 weeks for non-birth parents.
