We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented Principal Product Manager to lead the holistic vision, strategy, and development of AI driven experiences throughout our product.  In this role, you will drive innovation to reduce cognitive load, automate repetitive tasks, enhance revenue growth and  productivity for customers in the residential and commercial trades industries.

This role does not have a direct team but will be empowered to lead the AI vision and roadmap across all product areas, partnering with teams across engineering, design, data science, and other product managers to embed intelligent automation and agentic capabilities into the platform. Success in this role will depend on the ability to drive alignment and execution across multiple stakeholders to accelerate AI-driven experiences at scale.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and refine AI strategy & vision

  • Define the overarching strategy for how users interact with AI across our platform, ensuring clarity, consistency, and delight in every experience

  • Lead and maintain a cross-cutting AI roadmap spanning most product areas

  • Define and deliver a consistent AI experience that is trustworthy

  • Partner with AI/ML teams to design experiences that are transparent, explainable, and aligned with user expectations 

  • Ensure that AI interactions are consistent, coherent and predictable, whether in chat, voice, automation, or other AI-assisted workflows

    Develop and maintain a distinct voice, tone, and persona for AI-driven interactions that align with our brand and customer needsEstablish frameworks for conversational interfaces, multimodal interactions, and AI-driven workflows that feel seamless and natural

  • Collaborate across the organization

  • Build strong working relationships with cross-functional partners including developers, designers, UX researchers, data scientists and product managers across numerous product areas to ensure alignment to achieving desired outcomes

  • Drive accountability across product areas for delivery against AI roadmap 

  • Proactively surface and resolve conflicts/bottlenecks to keep initiatives moving forward

  • Integrate data and insights

  • Engage closely with our customers and strategic partners to understand current processes and needs to surface high impact opportunities for AI experiences 

  • Continuously test and refine AI interactions based on customer feedback, behavioral data, and usability studies

What you’ll need:

  • 7+ years in a product management role, preferably in B2B SaaS

  • Deep experience productizing AI/ML applications, NLP, and relevant technologies into winning innovative and creative solutions

  • A passion for optimizing workflows and reducing cognitive load for users

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts to diverse audiences

  • Skilled communicator to both technical and non-technical audiences, and ability to lead cross-functional teams

  • Experience being an influential driver of horizontal product efforts that span the entire product surface

  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate scope and requirements, and validate hypotheses based on data

  • Ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills

  • 4-year degree. MBA or related graduate degree strongly preferred.

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
