About the Role

We’re looking for a Principal Product Designer to elevate our design strategy and user experience polish. Our Product Designers are strategic, so we look for people who can go from discovery to release.

  • Discover and make the case for solving unmet needs and user experience issues across the platform

  • Execute the entire design process including forming goals, user research, interaction design, visual design, and prototyping

  • Align leadership and teams on the problems and solutions. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to breakdown milestones and get them on roadmap

  • Deeply collaborate with other designers on the team, raising the quality bar

  • Refine our design systems and processes

Your BackgroundSkills

  • Complex B2B experience: You have 10+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, can self-direct and prioritize your work. You spent a significant time simplifying complex, technical, or data-heavy B2B products.

  • Systems thinking: You have made cross-product and company-level impact.

  • Craft: You hold a high bar for shipping functional and polished customer experience. You’re creative and innovative. You bring delight to B2B software.

  • You are capable of:

    • Driving product & design strategy

    • Delivering polished, high-quality user experiences

    • Succinct, impactful communicate your design decisions
