Job Description:
- Work closely with the Platform Engineering team to design and implement infrastructure solutions for scalable applications.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Assist in automating workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
- Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to optimize platform efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of platform services.
- Contribute documentation and best practices to improve knowledge sharing within the team.
Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Basic understanding of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
- Understanding of Linux systems and basic networking concepts.
- Awareness of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
- Assertive, “can do” attitude, self-starter.
Education:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
