Job Description:

  • Work closely with the Platform Engineering team to design and implement infrastructure solutions for scalable applications.
  • Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using tools like Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
  • Assist in automating workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and system monitoring.
  • Analyze system performance and suggest improvements to optimize platform efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, QA, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of platform services.
  • Contribute documentation and best practices to improve knowledge sharing within the team.

Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Basic understanding of IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Exposure to programming languages such as Python, Go, or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of Linux systems and basic networking concepts.
  • Awareness of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is a plus.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to learn and adapt.
  • Assertive, “can do” attitude, self-starter.

Education:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Computer Information Systems, or a related field.
