About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Pega Business Technologist/Principal with deep expertise in B2B, Martech, and Telecom (preferred) to drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. This role is instrumental in optimizing Pega capabilities across the entire customer lifecycle—spanning sales, marketing, and support—to enhance real-time business insights and maximize marketing ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise-wide Strategy & Enablement: Develop and implement best practices, governance, and frameworks to fully leverage Pega’s capabilities across Sales, Marketing, and Support.
- Process Optimization: Analyze and improve end-to-end enterprise processes, ensuring seamless customer journeys and efficient workflows.
- Martech Integration & Automation: Enhance marketing automation, personalization, and real-time decisioning by integrating Pega CDH (Customer Decision Hub), Next Best Action, and AI-driven insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with key stakeholders—including business leaders, data teams, IT, and product owners—to align Pega solutions with strategic objectives.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage real-time analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven recommendations to drive business outcomes.
- B2B and Telecom Expertise: Apply industry-specific best practices to enhance customer engagement, churn prediction, and revenue optimization.
- Training & Adoption: Promote user adoption, upskill teams, and ensure governance to maximize Pega ROI.
- Continuous Improvement: Evaluate emerging Pega technologies and Martech trends to continuously refine and enhance the enterprise ecosystem.
Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in business technology leadership, focusing on Martech, B2B, and Telecom.
- Expertise in Pega platforms, including Pega CDH, Decisioning, Marketing, and CRM capabilities.
- Strong understanding of real-time decisioning, AI/ML, and analytics-driven marketing.
- Proven ability to define best practices, processes, and governance models.
- Hands-on experience in integrating Pega with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Adobe, CRMs, Data Lakes, etc.).
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving business transformation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Pega Certifications (e.g., Pega CLSA, Pega CDH, Pega Marketing Consultant)
- Experience in Telecom industry solutions, such as customer lifecycle management, churn reduction, and omnichannel engagement.
- Familiarity with cloud-based Martech solutions, AI/ML platforms, and data-driven decision-making frameworks.
