We are particularly focused on Channel Partner account executives with strong experience selling through digital banking partners (FIS, Jack Henry, Alkami, Q2, Lumen Digital) to accelerate growth through strategic partnerships. Account executives in this domain will play a vital role in helping Array achieve our overall sales goals and optimize our product market fit across the industry. You will leverage your relationships in this space and build new ones through attending many conferences and trade shows. 

You Will: 

  • Develop and execute a channel partnership strategy to drive revenue through digital banking platforms and fintech partners.
  • Build and manage relationships with FIS, Jack Henry, Alkami, Q2, Lumen Digital to generate pipeline and close deals with banks and credit unions.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, leveraging partner networks to accelerate sales.
  • Represent Array at trade shows, conferences, and partner events to drive new business and strengthen partnerships.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and sales materials.
  • Use CRM tools like Salesforce to manage pipeline, track deals, and optimize sales performance.
  • Travel to conferences and attend representing Array at our booth. 
  • Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought.

You Have: 

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on channel partnerships and fintech.
  • Proven success selling through digital banking partners like FIS, Jack Henry, Alkami, Q2, and Lumen Digital.
  • Experience closing deals with banks and credit unions through partner-led sales motions.
  • Strong track record selling at trade shows, conferences, and partner events.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and deal-closing skills.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and relationships.
  • A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do.

Pay transparency: $100,000 + for base salary, depending on experience, this role will also have a commission plan.
