As a Partner Development Representative at PFL, you will connect with key partners and develop sales opportunities. If you're passionate about building relationships and driving revenue, this might be the perfect fit for you.
Here's what you'll do:
Are you a driven, results-oriented professional with a passion for building new business relationships? PFL is seeking a Partner Development Representative (PDR) to focus on proactive prospecting and lead generation. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new sales opportunities with strategic partners.
Success in this role is directly tied to your performance. Your compensation will be influenced by your ability to consistently generate high-quality leads, influence pipline, develop partner relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and qualify potential partners through outbound efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
- Host enablement meetings with Account Executives at Partners, ask for intros to their customers based on print and technology needs, and schedule Discovery calls for PFLs software solutions with end customers.

Develop a strong understanding of PFL’s value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.

Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and support the sales pipeline.

Meet and exceed performance metrics, including lead generation targets and conversion rates.
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in prospecting, sales development, or lead generation.

Highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a focus on results and revenue impact.

Comfortable working in a compensation structure influenced by performance.

Compensation - $48 - $70K:
- Hourly, commission eligible position with an annualized starting wage between $48 - 52K, and OTE of $70K
