As a Paralegal,  you will provide comprehensive legal support driving our legal operation and corporate governance initiatives. You will  work closely with our General Counsel.  This is a pivotal role and the ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of contract management, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic work environment.

What you will do

• Provide contract support for client agreements, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and other commercial agreements;
• Manage the contracts lifecycle process for all agreements;
• Create and maintain an existing contracts document library;
• Create and maintain a program to document and share contract obligations with internal stakeholders;
• Assist in the development and management of internal policies and procedures and other compliance requirements;
• Assist with data privacy projects and related compliance requirements, ranging from updating the company’s privacy policy and notices and assisting with managing the company’s data subject requests response process;
• Assist HR in maintaining state accounts and compliance with state employment and other legal requirements
• Work with the General Counsel on special projects and initiatives

What you will need to be successful

• A paralegal degree or certificate, or advanced degree in law
• Good working knowledge of common commercial agreements, clauses and contracting practices
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• Excellent writing and proofreading abilities
• Must be detail oriented and proactive
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional team atmosphere
• Prior in-house legal department experience preferred, but not required
