ClosedLoop is looking for an ambitious EA/Office Manager to help keep the office and company running. Armed with a great product and a fast-growing company, you will never run out of new things to learn. To excel in this role, you must be a great written and verbal communicator as you’ll often be communicating with C-level executives and all of our employees. You love to wear multiple hats and are comfortable working on multiple projects at once. You’ll need to be extremely organized and an expert at prioritization. As the EA/Office Manager, you’ll report to the CEO and work closely with the Operations Manager.
- Perform general HR admin tasks: onboarding new employees, ordering tech, etc.
- Support executive team with managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and performing general assistant tasks
- Maintain office supplies - snacks, furniture, kitchen supplies, etc.
- Build and manage relationships with vendors and negotiate on contracts with vendors
- Plan company happy hours, parties, team activities, and more
- Research and order employee gifts and company apparel
- Coordinate scheduling of team meetings and manage meeting material
- And much, much more :)
