Job Description Summary
Support day-to-day field operations of Cushman & Wakefield’s Mobile Engineering (MFS) service line. The position duties include all aspects of compliance monitoring, operational reporting, metrics development, invoicing, operations infrastructure and team management, and administrative support to technicians, chief engineers, and the Director of Engineering.

Specific role responsibilities to include:
- Lead team of Mobile Engineering Coordinators who are also engaged to support daily operations
- Direct the implementation of all Mobile Engineering internal controls, general policies, work order scheduling, communication, and dispatch for new clients
- Support the operations team of technicians to meet all the contractual service performance obligations and communicate effectively to each client
- Manage the CMMS database for all clients to maintain active properties and accurate rates, tax information, and hours
- Oversee all Mobile Engineering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and administrative processes while integrating with existing C&W corporate guidelines
- Prepare monthly invoices to all clients for services during month with corresponding work order data and cost based on individual client contracts and pricing
- Responsible for training and the on and off-boarding of technicians. Duties include: acquiring, distributing, and tracking hardware/software, uniforms, tools, vehicles, new hire documentation, fuel and maintenance cards, and materials purchasing processes
- Participate in the monitoring and reporting of Mobile Engineering metrics, pricing processes, customer inquiries regarding invoices, MFS sourcing spend, compliance monitoring of all engineering-related activities (timecards, vehicle usage, fuel consumption, engineering productivity, cell phone usage, purchasing card usage, client billing processes, etc.)
- Assist MFS Business Operations Director with additional as-needed business projects including reviewing monthly financials, preparing monthly dashboard, and attending new client meetings
Specific role requirements to include:
- 5+ years in demonstrating strong reporting, forecasting, information analysis, and process improvement skills
- Degree in finance or related field
- Prior work history in facilities management would be beneficial
- Ability to analyze and conclude on significant amounts of data and development of metrics based upon that data
- Excellent people and communication skills for client facing duties across varying business lines
- Excellent managerial skills; position has three direct reports in different time zones
- High level Microsoft Excel skills; (pivots, macros, vlookup) proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Ability to multi-task and complete individual monthly recurring tasks on time while also managing team’s responsibilities

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $73,950.00 - $87,000.00
