As an Operations Coordinator – Procurement & TPRM, you will have the unique opportunity to interact with the business by primarily providing administrative support for TPRM & Travel Services. This role requires interactions and coordination with all business areas. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, business reporting management, TPRM document collection and organization, and communications, and travel services support.

What you’ll do

  • Perform a wide range of operational support duties for the team.
  • Meet regularly with VP, as well as TPRM & Travel Services leaders to keep informed on business news and assignments.
  • Manage TPRM database & communications. 
    • Provide information and deliverables to help the team be productive and effective. Complete preparation of materials to illustrate narrative and status.
    • Prepare communications, gather information from business leaders to produce documents, presentations and reports.
  • Travel Services Support.
    • Assist with general travel inquiries from Slack & Travel Services Mailbox.
    • Credit card reassignments for travel expenses to appropriate cost centers.
    • Assist with Travel Services Gearbox page, communications and travel resources.
  • Organize and manage the Enterprise Procurement & TPRM quarterly and annual priorities & goal tracking.
  • Schedule & help plan all team meetings & events.

This might describe you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business, communications or related field or proven experience in a similar role.
  • Proven self-starter and ability to work independently.
  • Proficient in MS Office products as well as Internet and database applications.
  • Experience working with reporting systems (i.e. Tableau) preferred.
  • An understanding of third-party risk management preferred.
  • Proven abilities in organization, planning, multi-tasking, flexibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Other things to note 

  • This role can be worked from any U.S. remote location. 
  • Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable. For SOX compliant roles, responsible for designing, executing, and documenting internal controls where they have been identified as owners to prevent errors in financial reporting, processes, and business operations. Including attestation to the completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all financial reporting data, where applicable.
